YES FOUNDATION, the social development arm of YES BANK, has innovatively harnessed media for social change to engage with over 1.3 million changemakers for India’s social transformation. YES! i am the CHANGE (YIAC), the Foundation’s flagship program has inculcated the value of responsible youth citizenship across 2,500 cities and towns pan-India, empowering youth to emerge asagents of social change. YIAC also emerged as the World’s Largest Social Film Movement and entered the coveted Limca Book of Records for 2 consecutive years.
YES FOUNDATION provides Youth and Non-Profits with a platform to use films as a storytelling medium to drive social impact. Towards this, we invite Youth/ Filmmakers/ Non-Profits/Social Enterprises/Everyday Heroes to participate in YIAC Social Filmmaking Challenge to depict stories of change of Non-Profits/ Social Enterprises/Everyday Heroes. Winning film entries will be awarded cash prizes (Youth/Individuals/Filmmakers). Twenty five NGOs and Social Enterprises with sustainable and scalable social projects shortlisted from YIAC film entries will be eligible to win grants worth INR 7.5 Cr and mentoring/capacity-building support over a period of 3 years.
The twenty-five NGOs and Social Enterprises will also gain the opportunity to be listed on AVPN’s Deal Share Platform.
