Borne out of our 13 years experience of training and coaching 130 organizations of varying sizes, history, and culture, the SRG 6-Pillar PDO Capacitation Model © helps different social purpose organizations establish the fundamental structures and systems in the areas of (1)Leadership and Governance, (2) Program Development and Management, (3) Philanthropy Development, (4) Financial Planning, (5) Database Management and (6) Ecosystem Building. These are the 6 pillars that we believe will greatly help organizations achieve greater mission impact, resilience, and longevity.
To begin the year 2022, Spring Rain Global proudly presents the 1st Spring Rain Global Financial Planning Forum, happening virtually on January 28-29, 2022 with the theme “Building a Sustainable Future, Moving Towards Sustainable Impact”.
As one of the 6 pillars, Financial Planning is often neglected by most organizations focused only on their short-term, immediate funding needs. These organizations often operate in survival mode, always scrambling for donations and panic when unexpected crisis, like the Covid 19 pandemic, occur. Financial Planning is an important space to look into, adapting various models and financial strategies to enable an organization to assess long term financial needs, mitigate risks, and determine the resources required to support and meet objectives and fulfill the organizations’ overarching mission, as well as plans for continued growth.
In this virtual forum, SRG will gather thought leaders from the church, government, academe, businesses, and the development sectors–including funders, regulators and program implementers. The esteemed line-up of speakers will be providing insights into the fundamentals and new innovations of financial planning and the important steps to undertake to be able to sustain missions and adapt with the ever changing needs of time.
We would like to invite you and your team to witness the 1st Spring Rain Global Financial Planning Forum. Participants will come from all over the globe, including various Philanthropic Development Offices, their constituencies, and benefactors, as well as other organizations that are passionate about continuing and growing their missions.
