Catherine Brown Catherine Brown is regarded as one of Australia’s most influential leaders in philanthropy. With more than 20 years-experience in philanthropic strategy, governance, charity law and grantmaking, she is also well known for introducing global philanthropic trends to the Australian sector. Catherine has led the transformation of the Foundation to become a contemporary community foundation focused on the key challenges facing the community: climate change and sustainability, homelessness, youth unemployment and social cohesion. LMCF has an annual grants program of $9.8 million and runs several programs and Initiatives in its areas of interest. Catherine is well known for promoting and applying all the tools in the philanthropy toolbox to achieve LMCF’s vision. |

Anna Skarbek Anna Skarbek has led ClimateWorks since its inception in 2009. Anna guides ClimateWorks’ independent research and advisory work analysing emissions reduction opportunities and partnering with government and business to unblock barriers to implementation. Anna brings considerable private and public sector knowledge to the role as an experienced investment banker, policy advisor and qualified lawyer. Prior to ClimateWorks, Anna was Vice President, Advisory, at Climate Change Capital, dedicated to raising and deploying capital for low carbon activities. She has also worked as a Senior Policy Advisor to the Victorian Deputy Premier, an investment banker for Macquarie Bank and as a solicitor with Malleson Stephen Jacques. |

Glenn Hoetker Glenn’s research, teaching and outreach interests are at the confluence of strategy, innovation, and globalization, mostly in the context of sustainability, and particularly in clean energy. Prior to joining MBS, he was previously a Professor of Strategy at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Senior Sustainability Scholar at the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability. Glenn is an Associate Editor for the Strategic Management Journal and the Strategic Management Society’s new Strategic Management Review. |
