Swapnil Agarwal, Co-founder and CEO, Dhwani Rural Information Systems Swapnil Co-Founded Dhwani Rural Information Systems with a vision to reduce technological barriers for social impact organizations struggling to leverage ICT for good. His tenure at IRMA (Institute of Rural Management, Anand) as a Post Graduate student made him aware of the challenges faced by the grassroots organizations centered around technology and that’s what gave him an idea to come up with an enterprise that’s technologically strong and mindful to the emerging tech needs of the social sector. Before devoting his full time at Dhwani, Swapnil had worked in the Middle East on several healthcare projects – low-cost primary health clinics for the blue-collar workers.
