In Asia Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN)’s recent launch of “The Continuum of Capital in Asia” in AVPN conference, it was highlighted that the social investment ecosystem’s key stakeholders are broadening their contribution to impact using capital tools with greater sophistication.
This increasing trend presents the opportunity for impact capital to play a bigger role in breaking down silos, thereby catalyzing collaborations and innovations cross sectors and borders, so as to achieve common impact objectives like the SDGs and the PoA of the ICPD. This forum is, therefore, designated to share experiences and lessons learned from social investor across the Asia-Pacific region in order to encourage collaboration between policymakers, development partners, and social investors in mobilizing impact capital and innovation to address population development challenges.
Join us for a Lunch Time Talk which will discuss the key achievements and challenges on population development in APAC, the opportunities for Philanthropy and social investment, and the policy actions required to realise these opportunities.
