About this event

Environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting is becoming the norm for listed companies around the world, and many companies are also increasingly active in the social impact space through corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. These trends are leading to an increasing interest in social impact strategies and frameworks, and in NGOs and social enterprises as partners and beneficiaries.

The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a key social impact framework that sets out clear targets and indicators for the world’s most urgent problems, and outlines the necessary partnerships required for achieving these global goals.

To help define Corporate Social Impact Strategies, AVPN is organising a workshop to help organisations align ESG reporting and social impact work with the SDGs. Through this workshop, AVPN will help participants:

  • Align organisations’ social impact strategy to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Navigate through multiple approaches and select the most appropriate one in alignment with organisations’ core business
  • Get started in developing an effective social impact strategy
