Arthan is launching the Building Inclusive Organisationstrack on August 11, 2020. The track on Building Inclusive Organisations intends to broaden the discourse of diversity and inclusion to include various stakeholders that are underrepresented in social organisations on the basis of their gender, location, disability and so on. This track stems from Arthan’s work on Women’s Leadership in the Development Sector (WLIDS) in collaboration with The Rockefeller Foundation, a multi-stakeholder study that chronicles the journeys of women leaders in the development sector to understand and learn from their challenges and opportunities and serve as a guide to plan gender pathways in organisations so that they can emerge as gender transformative and gender inclusive.
