Eligibility:
- Age 18-30
- Based in the  Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam
- Possess the spirit of Jugaad: willingness to experiment, openness to feedback, and a collaborative spirit.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience in social impact work (e.g., leading an impact organisation, volunteering).
- Commitment to programme activities (consultations, hackathon).
