Capacity Building for Fundraising Workshop – Connecting the Dots
Delhi, November 27th 2015
AVPN members support a large number of non-profit organizations and social enterprises of various development stages and focus areas. One of the main weaknesses seen in these organizations is their ability to effectively raise funds. In an effort to raise the capacity of our member investees in this area we are delivering a unique one-day training workshop that provides the essential knowledge required to help organizations understand and identify potential funders as well as create an effective fundraising strategy.
The workshop will provide the participants with different tools to improve their fundraising efforts as well as share some successful fundraising case studies used by other organizations.
Key Takeaways:
- Understand the key fundraising stakeholders – individuals, foundations, companies
- What are some of the key trends in fundraising?
- Understand the relevance of different forms of fundraising at specific life-stages in a VP fund
- Tools and implantation plan to enhance fundraising efforts
- Best case studies
