The Rockefeller Foundation and ACCESS Health International would like to invite you to the Digital Solution Impact on Global Health Thinking in Times of a Global Pandemic webinar, to be held virtually from 8:00 – 9:30 AM EST on 9th September 2020.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to devastate many countries across the world, documenting and sharing experiences of effective preventative actions and containment strategies for the outbreak has been crucial in fighting against the global health crisis. The Rockefeller Foundation and ACCESS Health International have collaborated to bring together global key opinion leaders, public health experts, researchers, and healthcare practitioners to share their insights and thinking in the form of a virtual webinar.
The Rockefeller Foundation and ACCESS Health International will also launch and share key findings from Digital Health: Tackling COVID-19 Pandemic Through Integrating Digital Technology And Public Health: Linking Experiences in China To The World Report, which looked into the instrumental role digital technology has played in China’s response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
This 90-minute webinar will focus on discussions around how digital solutions can empower our response to a global health crisis, how digital responses can work effectively in different regions, and what kind of global collaboration is needed to amplify the impact.
Amongst others, we have Dr. Naveen Rao, Senior Vice President & Senior Advisor to the President, Health Initiative, The Rockefeller Foundation and Dr. William A Haseltine, Chair and President, ACCESS Health International, as keynote speakers.
