Disaster preparedness requires leadership at all levels. In Asia, the most natural disaster-prone area in the world, local communities have demonstrated formidable leadership and resilience to the ravaging disasters in the past decade. Leaders from over 50 organizations on the front lines of disaster work as well as leadership from the global philanthropic community will convene in the Philippines this March to collaborate, identify new opportunities, and increase innovation in disaster preparedness.
