About this event

  • Are you running a venture philanthropy (VP) fund in Asia?
  • Are you considering establishing a fund?
  • Is your foundation or family office curious about VP?
  • Does your firm want to contribute business skills to VP investments?
  • Would you value sharing experiences with venture philanthropists in Europe?
  • Would you value networking opportunity with VP practitioners from other Asian countries?

Join AVPN’s unique opportunity to network with Europe’s leading venture philanthropists

This intensive, five day programme will offer up to 25 Asian participants the opportunity to learn from, and network with European VP practitioners (including Impetus Trust, PEF, Venturesome, New Philanthropy Capital, Bridges Ventures and UnLtd). The study tour’s objectives are to help those committed to expanding VP in Asia to learn from, and share experiences with peers in Europe, and build relationships across Asia for ongoing collaboration, including long term potential for sharing deal flow and co-investing.To begin the programme, study tour participants will meet with a number of VP funds based in London at a roundtable event hosted by 3i. This is followed by participation in the EVPA’s annual conference – held this year in Turin, Italy – a unique event attracting 350 delegates from over 25 countries for two days of seminars, training and networking. The study tour culminates in a day’s roundtable exclusively for the Asian delegates with leading continental European EVPA members (including Oltre Ventures, Noaber Group, Social Entrepreneurs Ireland and BonVenture). This roundtable is hosted by Fondazione CRT. Schedule
