The Centre for Evidence and Implementation and Monash University, invite you to the Evidence and Implementation Summit 2020 (EIS 2020) in Sydney, 21-22 October 2020.
The GEIS 2018 was a one-time combination of CEI’s Australasian Implementation Conference and the Campbell Collaboration’s What Works Global Summit. In 2020, we return to our signature single conference event, renamed to emphasis the focus on both evidence and implementation as well as the increasingly international influence of delegates and speakers.
The EIS 2020 will provide a forum for sharing the latest research in evidence synthesis and implementation science and exchanging practical strategies that will best support the effective uptake of evidence in practice and policy. We anticipate more than 500 local and global policy makers, practitioners, organisational leaders, researchers, implementation scientists, intermediaries and funders will attend, and build upon the success of previous conferences in advancing the evidence and implementation movement. The event will provide significant networking opportunities and you can expect to come away with new perspectives, contacts and tools with which to approach your research policy and practice challenges. Leading-edge idea sharing from visionaries in the field of implementation science has been a strong feature of previous events. To this end CEI are delighted to announce that this year’s keynote speaker will be Dr Rinad Beidas.
Register online now (www.eisummit.org) to secure your place and to receive relevant updates as they become available. Call for abstracts is open until 26 April 2020.
