About Leapfrog & the speaker
Niclas Thelander is the Executive Director of LeapFrog Labs, driving innovation and technical assistance for the LeapFrog group and portfolio companies. He has enjoyed a 15 year career in international insurance, banking and management consulting. Niclas was previously Head of Corporate Strategy for Atradius, a global specialist commercial insurer operating in over 40 countries, where he led the team responsible for strategy development, operational improvement initiatives and M&A support. Prior to that, he co-founded KPMG’s German strategy consulting team, and managed transaction-related strategy consulting projects and due diligences for a range of investors. He started his career in corporate banking with SEB, a leading Scandinavian bank. Niclas speaks English, German, Italian and his native Swedish.
