This is a Course with a Cause. Global nutrition think tank Sight and Life has collaborated with Harvard University for Food Systems Live! Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies, an exciting learning opportunity for both aspiring and established entrepreneurs who want to build scalable solutions for food safety, security, and nutrition in emerging economies.
Food Systems Live! is an online 6-week course where you can learn the fundamentals of building a scalable business plan from stalwarts such as Professors Tarun Khanna, Caroline Elkins and Karim Lakhani of Harvard Business School. There will also be weekly live sessions with industry leaders.
On completion of course, you will get a certificate from Harvard University and stand a chance to win cash prizes. As you can turn your idea into a business model under guidance from experts, you will also be learning by engaging from your peers who join from across the world through special social platforms set up by Sight and Life. This special feature will help you build networks for a lifetime. And if your model has the potential for high impact in low- and middle-income countries, then Sight and Life will offer seed grants totaling $85,000.
The course begins 23 January and is only priced at $249.
Win seed grants! If your model has the potential for high impact in low- and middle-income countries, then Sight and Life will offer a seed grant of $25,000 or more in a special side contest!
