Business owners increasingly understand that financial and social performance are no longer mutually exclusive. This is driving a need to measure and demonstrate social impact. However, many are still facing difficulties in measuring and managing their impact, despite all efforts, and consequently fail to maximise their value creation to society. Even when societal value is created, communicating this remains challenging.
The objective for this workshop is to facilitate conversations around the knowledge and skills needed to measure impact, steer on impact and develop future business strategies. The session will showcase Indika Foundation’s case studies of managing various donors’ methods in measuring impact.
Key Takeaways:
- The diverse ways of measuring social impact;
- Understanding the how impact measurement, reporting and management can be applied to their own organisation, stakeholders and society;
- Understanding how to get involved and build stronger relationship with relevant stakeholders to further their impact goals
This session is held as part of the AVPN Southeast Asia Social Investment Summit 2021.
