About this event

CATALYZE’s objective is to improve health and livelihoods of young adult women belonging to Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) households, the Government of the Philippines’ flagship social protection program. CATALYZE will accomplish this through a carefully curated training program that places employer-identified skills at the forefront. Our learners are poised for success through holistic supportive services including confidence building, professional development, telemedicine, and an essential health skills curriculum.

CATALYZE seeks to partner with private sector employers to facilitate entry-level and semi-skilled employment opportunities for participants. Partner employers in turn receive access to a competent talent pipeline that will decrease recruitment and onboarding time while supporting employees’ motivation, retention, and productivity. Furthermore, CATALYZE will offer access to business advisory, transaction advisory, and risk mitigation services for employers to strengthen business operations and facilitate access to capital.
