AVPN Chairman Doug Miller will be in Beijing on 5 November to share with members an update on AVPN’s progress and upcoming activities. At the same time, as Doug will be speaking at Beijing Forum, we understand that not all our members will be able to attend. Hence, he will be giving a short presentation on the topic of the importance of combining Financial, Human and Intellectual Capital to Support Non-Profits and Social Enterprises.
We will also like to hear from our members on their activities and investments and to share any challenges where AVPN can help.

About our chairman
Doug Miller
Founding Chairman, AVPN
Doug Miller is an American citizen who has lived 30 years in the UK. He has a 40-year career in investment banking and private equity. He is founder of International Private Equity Limited, a fund placement boutique.
Doug is founding trustee of Impetus Trust in the UK; founding chairman and honorary president of EVPA; and founder of EVPF. He has been active in philanthropy for 30 years – mainly in education, the environment and microcredit.
