AVPN aims to improve healthcare access for communicable diseases, focusing on dengue prevention, diagnostics, and treatment. Systemic barriers and socio-economic challenges hinder vaccine and medicine uptake, putting vulnerable populations at risk. Climate change, urbanization, and inadequate infrastructure exacerbate disease prevalence, especially in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. While prevention efforts exist, integrating therapeutic advancements, including vaccines, is crucial. A multi-stakeholder coalition—governments, CSR partners, healthcare providers, and community champions—can bridge systemic gaps, align with government priorities, and drive sustainable impact. AVPN’s initiative fosters collaboration to enhance dengue management and create adaptable frameworks for other communicable diseases.
