LGT Venture Philanthropy is launching this year’s LGT Impact Fellowship recruitment with 30+ thrilling opportunities across the globe at portfolio organizations and companies of LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock. The application portal will be open from 1 March until 4 April and candidates are invited to apply through our talent portal.
About the Fellowship:
The LGT Impact Fellowship matches mid-level business professionals looking to apply their skills in a meaningful way, with portfolio organizations and companies of LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock, that are looking for talents to support them in scaling impact. During a 12-month full-time engagement Fellows work on the ground with non-profit organizations or for-profit companies with the aim to strengthen their organizational capacity, thus contributing to their success. This engagement allows Fellows to gain valuable hands-on experience and learn lessons in the field. Participants work closely with local teams and important stakeholders, and tap into a global network of peer Fellows. This special setup enriches the experience and enables participants to enhance skills that are vital for the next stage of a purposeful career after the Fellowship.
