The session will identify strategies for implementing NbS at scale to build resilience against climate change, by bringing together public and private sector stakeholders. Intended outcomes of the session include:
- A deeper understanding of NbS for building resilience of urban infrastructure by exploring successful case studies of NbS adopted across the Global South
- A list of innovative financial mechanisms to scale NbS
- Identification of pathways through which NbS can be integrated into existing schemes and policies
WRI’s Felipe Ramirez will introduce the India Forum for NbS and launch a conference proceedings document produced by the Forum, along with other partners.
