For the first time ever, global audiences can join the highly acclaimed New Zealand Philanthropy Summit 2021, being held online May 18-20.
The theme is Amplifying community aspirations – Te whakarahinga wawata ā-hapori. It features 28 keynotes and workshops covering the big opportunities and challenges philanthropists and grantmakers are grappling with in Aotearoa New Zealand and globally. You can watch live or in your own time.
You’ll deep dive into Aotearoa New Zealand’s unique response to Covid and other major events; hear Indigenous Māori voices on how philanthropy and grantmaking can support their aspirations; and join discussions about sector climate change action. We’ve sessions looking at how to fund equity and inclusion, featuring diverse voices from communities in conversation with funders. And there is much, much, more.
