Accelerating SDG Action: Measurement, Performance and Impact
The introduction of the Sustainable Development Goals in 2015 provided a global masterplan for ensuring an equitable, sustainable future for all. Successful implementation of the SDGs will require a bold, integrated and collaborative approach to development, balancing inclusive, green and economic growth in a rapidly changing world.
The Responsible Business Forum on Sustainable Development 2017 will introduce a more integrated approach to implementing the 17 SDGs, provide solutions for accelerating action, and tools for measuring performance and impact. Case studies on progress will be presented from businesses, governments, UN agencies, NGOs, investors and international experts. Innovation for financing the SDGs will remain high on the agenda this year.
Two years since the goals were adopted, RBF 2017 will bring together more than 600 leaders to share commitments to action, report on progress and together define a framework for measuring performance and impact.
