Prior to founding Ethos ESG in 2019, Luke measured social impact for nonprofit organizations and foundations, taught English classes in Iraq, led data and strategy projects with Fortune 500 companies with McKinsey & Company, and served as an AmeriCorps Vista volunteer with a human rights organization.
