Everyone wants to live a good life. The What Works Centre for Wellbeing sees improving wellbeing as the ultimate goal of policy and community action. Robust and accessible wellbeing evidence can help improve government decision-making and identify key gaps in wellbeing research that need to be filled.
While the center boasts a global audience and partnerships that compile a comprehensive knowledge base on wellbeing, its main focus is working with organizations in the United Kingdom to identify best practices for improving wellbeing across our regions and nations.
On June 23, 2021, in partnership with the Wellbeing for Planet Earth Foundation, Nancy Hey, executive director of the What Works Centre for Wellbeing, and Gallup Editor in Chief Mohamed Younis will share valuable insights during the second installment of the Global Wellbeing Initiative speaker series. Join them to learn about the center’s participation in a “quiet revolution” to improve wellbeing in the U.K. and reduce misery. Discover how we can measure wellbeing and gain evidence on what governments, businesses and communities can do to help people improve
