AVPN Regional Summits and Convenings
We are glad that you will be joining us for one of the AVPN Regional Summits and Convenings (referred to herein named as ‘Event’). Please read these terms for complete details on the registration and other important information.
Registration & Ticketing
1. Details of attendee ticket pricing and fees are available on the Event page. Ticket prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time, but any changes will not affect tickets already purchased.
2. The Event is exclusively open to funders and resource providers. All registrants must submit an expression of interest and will undergo an internal validation process by the ticketing team to assess eligibility. Successful registrants will receive an email to complete their registration and secure their tickets.
3. Members in good standing receive complimentary tickets to any AVPN Regional Summits and Convenings, subject to availability, based on the annual quota set out for each membership tiering:
Vision: 2
Catalyst: 2
Knowledge: 1
Any unused complimentary ticket quota can be rolled over and used at the next Event within the same calendar year.
4. Once the quota is fully redeemed, members may purchase additional tickets at discounted member prices, subject to availability.
5. A valid ticket grants you entry to the Event as an Attendee. It does not cover any travel, accommodation or associated costs, and we shall have no liability for such expenses.
6. Registrations must be fully paid before access to the Event is allowed. AVPN accepts major credit cards and bank transfers.
7. A unique email address is required for each ticket purchased. Each valid ticket is entitled to a single access to the AVPN Events app, unless otherwise stated.
Ticket Transfers, Refunds & Deferments
8. Tickets are non-refundable.
9. Tickets can only be transferred to people within the same member organisation with prior written approval from AVPN. Please inform us of any transfer requests via [email protected] at least 2 weeks before the Event commences.
Admission Policy
10. All attendees must register and pay fees independently. Badge sharing, which means accessing the Event by more than one person under a single registration, is strictly prohibited.
11. AVPN reserves the right to accept or decline an individual’s registration for the Event. Furthermore, AVPN reserves the right to prohibit entry of or to remove any individual – attendees, exhibitors, representatives, or vendors – whose conduct is not in keeping with the character and purpose of the Event, or anyone who has registered or gained access under false pretences, provided false information, or for any other reason deemed cause under the circumstances.
Special Requirements
12. You are responsible for advising us at the time of making your booking regarding any special access or dietary requirements you may need at the Event.
Changes, Postponements & Cancellations
13. We endeavour to make sure that the Event programmes, speakers, topics and venues and dates are correct at the time of publishing. Circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, timing or dates of a Event. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result (including, without limitation, travel, accommodation and other expenses). We will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on the Event page.
14. If the Event is postponed for any reason, we will provide you with substitute tickets to the Event at the rescheduled dates, or for an alternative Event of a similar nature. No refunds will be provided.
15. In an unlikely scenario that the Event is cancelled, we will refund the full ticket price paid, but will have no liability for any related costs incurred by delegates, including domestic or international travel and accommodation expenses that are made in relation to the Event.
Your Safety
16. We reserve the right to impose health and safety related protocols established by relevant health authorities which delegates must comply with while attending the Event.
Photography, Audio & Video Recording
17. By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree that the Event may be photographed or recorded by us or our partners. You agree to permit us, or any third party licensed by us, to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise globally disseminate your likeness, name, voice and words in perpetuity in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines and other media now available and hereafter developed, both before, during and any time after the Event, and in any form, without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit the media, the right to use the media (alone or together with other information), and the right to allow others to use or distribute the media.
No Fundraising
18. By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree that the Event may be photographed or recorded by us or our partners.
