New Forests is a sustainable forestry investment manager with global reach and local focus, applying on-the-ground presence and expertise to manage sustainable investments in the forest sector and conservation. New Forests offers institutional and impact investors leading-edge strategies in Southeast Asia, the United States, and Australia and New Zealand. Globally, the New Forests group manages USD 3.5+ billion in AUM across more than 950,000 hectares of forests and conservation investments. We leverage the diverse experience of our team while investing to create sustainable and productive landscapes – for the benefit of our clients and the communities where we operate.

New Forests is the manager of the first and only fund dedicated to sustainable forestry in Southeast Asia, one of the largest and established sustainable timberland manager in Australia and New Zealand, and one of the leading developers of innovative strategies of conservation forestry and ecosystem restoration in the United States. Our investment vehicles are predominantly closed-end, commingled funds but also include co-investment opportunities and separate accounts. We aim to bring innovative financial models to benefit the forest sector through partnerships and collaborations spanning technical assistance, conservation finance, and blended finance.
