Australian Communities Foundation (ACF) was established in 1997 as the Melbourne Community Foundation. It was renamed to ACF to more accurately reflect our current work, which continues to grow nationally and reach globally.
ACF offers individuals, families, groups, corporations and not-for-profit organisations an easy and satisfying way of giving something of real value back to the community that they care about.
