Indic AI is a Section-8 non-profit organization incubated at IIM Bangalore’s NSRCEL, dedicated to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through education, employment, and healthcare. Its mission is to create an inclusive India where individuals with disabilities can learn, earn, and live with dignity.
In education, Indic AI provides 100% scholarships for visually impaired and differently-abled students to pursue digital literacy, professional certification, and entrance exam preparation, enabling access to leading institutions such as IIT, IIM, and Delhi University. Through skill-building programs, inclusive Toastmasters Clubs, and career readiness initiatives, the foundation has facilitated employment for PwDs in top organizations including Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and Nestlé.
In healthcare, Indic AI is working toward making 200 villages blindness-free through its Vision Centre network, offering free eye screening, cataract surgeries, and assistive devices in rural India.
By integrating technology, mentorship, and partnerships with corporates and NGOs, Indic AI is transforming lives at the intersection of inclusion, innovation, and impact — building a future where every person, regardless of ability, has equal opportunity to thrive.
