Institute for Economic and Social Research – LPEM FEB UI, is a research institute under the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (UI). LPEM FEB UI was established in November 1953 by Prof Soemitro Djojohadikusumo who was at the time serving as Dean of Faculty of Economics UI. Our Institute main activities are consultation and research, training, and who was dissemination/publication in 7 research group: 1) Macroeconomic and Financial Sector Policy, 2) Regional and Energy Resource Policy, 3) Environmental Economics, 4) Digital Economy and Behavioral Economics, 5) Business Climate and Global Value Chains, 6) Social and Community Empowerment, and 7) Innovation and Productivity. Our research staff consist of nearly 60 economists, social researchers, anthropologists, statisticians, and public policy analysts.
