Founded in 2009, LIN Center for Community Development is a local nonprofit, nongovernmental organization that helps local people meet local needs. LIN provides support to help local nonprofits, skilled volunteers, and donors to fulfill their potential as vehicles for sustainable development, poverty alleviation, and citizen participation in Vietnam. LIN’s services operate within three focus areas: Information Sharing, Capacity Building and Resource Mobilization.
