The Lo Kwee Seong Foundation was founded in 1991 by Dr. Lo Kwee Seong, CBE, JP, a Hong Kong entrepreneur, art collector and philanthropist. He was the founder of Vitasoy, the leading brand of soymilk in Hong Kong. He was also an unofficial member of the Urban Council, the Legislative Council of Hong Kong and the chairman of the Hong Kong Consumer Council.
The Foundation represents Dr. Lo’s entrepreneurial spirit, compassion and practical generosity. Our vision is to sow hope, catalyze change and build dynamic community in Hong Kong. We examine systemic problems and bridge gaps to catalyze change and create economic, social, scientific and cultural value for our community. We ideate ways to change mindsets and build capacity for self-sustainability and authentic community. We expand our impacts through exchange and collaboration with various stakeholders to envision and actualize a better Hong Kong.
Our impact projects include scientific soybean research, entrepreneurship, education, art & museum, career development, and community building.
