NAMA Women Advancement (NAMA) was founded in 2015 by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and is chaired by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah.
NAMA designs and implements initiatives that support women across economic, professional and social sectors.
NAMA also engages with grass-roots and international organizations as part of its comprehensive approach towards developing an ecosystem in which women’s full potential is realized.
