One Heart Worldwide works to save the lives and promote the well-being of mothers and their newborns in underserved areas of rural Nepal by implementing the Network of Safety. This sustainable program works to strengthen existing health systems by rehabilitating birthing centers, capacity building of Skill Birth Attendants, ensuring the health/community management structures are in place and having the local government cost share with this interventions, thereby ensuring sustainability.
