Established in April 2018, the Beijing Peaceland Foundation holds consultative status with the United Nations. It is dedicated to uniting diverse forces, innovating global governance, addressing global humanitarian and environmental crises, and promoting sustainable development. The foundation’s primary work includes disaster relief, refugee assistance, humanitarian demining, and climate change response. During natural disasters, the foundation’s professional rescue teams respond promptly, participate in post-disaster reconstruction, community development, and provide emergency capacity training. Currently, the foundation operates eight offices located in Beijing, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Thailand, Tanzania, Lebanon, Geneva, and Dubai. Additionally, a humanitarian rescue ship is under construction, which is intended to transport supplies and professionals to provide frontline assistance and capacity training to local communities.
