With offices in the United States and Singapore, we design and facilitate programs that integrate reflective practice, wellbeing, and systems-aware leadership—helping leaders build the conditions for collaboration across sectors and differences.
Our work is anchored in a “soil-building” methodology—investing in the quality of time, space, and relationship that enables trust, shared language, and follow-through. Perennial works with leaders across philanthropy, social enterprise, civil society, and adjacent institutions, with meaningful engagement in Asia including Singapore and Japan.
