Perennial is a service provider specializing in leadership development and convening design for the social impact ecosystem. With offices in the United States and Singapore, we design and facilitate programs that integrate reflective practice, wellbeing, and systems-aware leadership—helping leaders build the conditions for collaboration across sectors and differences.
Our work is anchored in a “soil-building” methodology—investing in the quality of time, space, and relationship that enables trust, shared language, and follow-through. We deliver cohort-based leadership experiences and curated convenings that move beyond networking to support practical partnerships across roles and power dynamics.
Perennial works with leaders across philanthropy, social enterprise, civil society, and adjacent institutions, with meaningful engagement in Asia including Singapore and Japan.
