Our organization, Skills Root Edu Tech Consulting India Ltd, a NSDC funded Training Partner, formed as a SPV under our NGO, Shri Vishwamitra Shikshan Samiti. Over the past ten years, we have been committed to driving impactful change by collaborating with purpose-driven partners and spearheading initiatives that truly make a difference.
Guided by our mission to transform lives through skill development, entrepreneurship, and livelihood creation, we’ve forged impactful collaborations with industry stalwarts like HDFC Bank, SPMCIL, JSP Foundation, AtoS, LinkedIn. These partnerships have enabled us to pool our collective resources and expertise, ushering in meaningful change.
In the past two years alone, we’ve empowered a staggering 7,000 women & youth across various sectors including health, nurturing their self-reliance and opening doors to new employment horizons. Our commitment to the upliftment of women resonates deeply with our core values.
Moreover, our dedication extends to transforming the lives of 3,888 disabled youths. We’re training them in sectors including retail, BFSI, and KPO/BPO, with the overarching goal of fostering inclusion and integrating them into the mainstream workforce.
Beyond numbers, our impact has been felt across 2,00,000 lives, as communities grow stronger and individuals embrace newfound opportunities. But our journey doesn’t stop here; we believe that collaboration can magnify our efforts even further.
We’ve also been instrumental in fostering government tie-ups that strengthen our commitment to social change. We’re humbled to be associated with esteemed ministries and departments such as the Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Urban Development, Minority Affairs, Social Justice, Tribal Affairs, Technical Education, and more. Our collaborations extend to flagship government initiatives like DDU GKY, PMKVY, and NULM, reflecting our alignment with national development priorities.
Excitingly, we have also been implementing the P2E (Passport to Earning) program for UNICEF- YuWaah. This remarkable opportunity showcases our commitment to empowering young individuals and preparing them for meaningful careers. Very recently we have started training beneficiaries in the BFSI sector in collaboration with SBI Foundation as well.
