Smart Power Myanmar (SPM) is a renewable energy initiative focused on expanding energy access and catalyzing investment in rural off-grid and commercial solar energy projects across Myanmar. SPM works to unlock local capital by providing guarantees through local commercial banks, supporting projects that increase clean energy adoption independently of government. SPM accelerates the deployment of solar energy, addressing the severe supply/demand energy gap in Myanmar.
