Over ten years, the ten20 Foundation aims to transform the life pathways of this generation of children, young people and their families in 20 of Australia’s most disadvantaged communities where social, cultural and economic marginalisation is extreme.
Borne out of the Victorian non-profit GordonCare, the ten20 Foundation stems from a proud 125-year history of serving Australia’s most vulnerable children and young people. Led by CEO Seri Renkin and Executive Director Caroline Chernov, our focus is to invest in a collective response to addressing and preventing the cycle of intergenerational disadvantage.
As a venture philanthropy organisation, we dedicate our corpus funds, fundraising and strategic support services to creating a bridge between the Philanthropy, Government, Business and Community sectors. We invest in practical, community-based, collective impact projects that have the potential to achieve breakthrough change in communities in greatest need.
