Headquartered in Singapore, the Good Food Institute APAC is Asia’s leading alternative protein think tank, accelerating a shift towards a more secure, sustainable, and just food system through open-access food science R&D, corporate engagement, and public policy.
As part of a global network of nonprofit organizations with more than 130 staff members, our scope spans innovation hubs across Asia, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, and South Korea. We also collaborate closely with our independent strategic partners at GFI Consultancy, Food Frontier, and Cellular Agriculture Australia.
