YS Consulting was established to promote sustainable development and innovation in Shanghai, China. It assists multinational companies (ex. Chanel, Kohler, Adidas, Yum) in localizing their sustainability strategies in China by focusing on low-carbon reform. All the time activities such as cloth recycling and garbage separation, employees’ participation and empowerment have been achieved great attention. In addition, it collaborates with the government and communities involved in public participation to expand its impact. It designs, for example, activities like plogging and empty plates, which encourages people to run and eat while being low-carbon.
In the long-term, it will be continuously committed to supporting companies to fulfil their environmental responsibility through replicable but personalized services, to effectively helping companies and their employees to promote low carbon in unison; to integrating social resources from all walks of life to promote low carbon development; to strengthening Shanghai’s urban soft power, and to become a bridge of communications among international companies and organizations. In this way, it will make a contribution to China’s achieving its carbon peak and carbon-neutral goals and promoting global carbon reduction and sustainable development goals.
