The AVPN Asia Policy Forum (APF) is a convening platform for social economy advocates, offering practical learning opportunities to support governments in Asia to build an enabling environment for the social economy.
This inaugural APF webinar featured the role of policymakers and stakeholders in rolling out legislation that supports the benefit corporation movement.

- A case study on proposed amendments to the Taiwan’s Companies Act by Professor Richard Y. Fang from the Department of Law of Chinese Cultural University, Taiwan.
- How the public, private, and people sector have come together to collaborate on the legislative journey
