INSEAD’s Social Entrepreneurship executive education programme (ISEP) is taking applications for its 2017 sessions in Singapore and Fontainebleau. It brings together some of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs and impact business leaders for an intensive week to study the most current, leading-edge management and strategy concepts specifically designed for this dynamic field.
By integrating cutting-edge theory and practice for impact business with the deep academic knowledge of INSEAD faculty and expert practitioners, ISEP has demonstrated the potential to create social and economic value through collaboration among entrepreneurs, companies, investors and an engaged public sector. High-impact social ventures thrive when leaders share ideas, innovations and experiences.
ISEP creates a unique opportunity to focus on the business skills and frameworks that enable entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to build support among stakeholders and attract the investors needed to grow ventures to scale and maximise impact. Case studies, many developed by INSEAD faculty, provide a platform to analyse the uniquely complex issues and challenges faced by impact business leaders.
After more than a decade, ISEP remains a truly unique programme aimed at upper-level social entrepreneurs, impact business leaders, and the “eco-system” that surrounds them, including impact investors. It is aimed at founders, CEOs or senior executives of ventures to address the challenges dealing with the second and third generation business issues of scaling and growth, business model innovation, impact assessment and investment strategies, building dynamic leadership teams, and more. It is taught in the dynamic, probing, and interactive style INSEAD is known for and draws in live cases, simulations and team work.
ISEP also delivers value over the long term. The network of graduates, numbering more than 600 in nearly 80 countries, is a dynamic community of impact business, sustainability and social enterprise leaders. Ongoing exchange, through online collaboration, regular meetings and support, serves as a foundation for further research and understanding of the field, which benefits all ISEP participants – past, present and future.
As part of INSEAD’s partnership, AVPN members are being offered a 20% discount to ISEP’s already reduced rates for the 26 November-1 December 2017 session in Singapore.
ISEP uses a rolling admissions process to ensure a diverse group of participants with a broad experience.
