Despite significant progress over the years, the Asian school systems are struggling to ensure student learning across grade levels. Across Asian countries, where the education ecosystem faces multiple challenges in quality and delivery of education, technology offers the potential to bridge the learning divide. In this context, edtech has seen rapid expansion with the potential to transform and disrupt the education landscape.
In this webinar, EdTech Asia provided an overview of major edtech trends and core issues in Asia, and reviewed the work and products of a few regional organisations. Central Square Foundation also shared their stakeholder engagement strategies, as well as for collecting evidence which will inform policy making and their supported edtech projects.
