Passionate about societal challenges, my 10-year experience taught me that scalable solutions involve inclusive design, technology, and public-private partnerships that align social and business goals. Today, I am a Social good marketing lead and Program manager at Microsoft. I generate demand for computer science education, nonprofit cloud solutions, and AI for Good through integrated marketing in 15 markets in Asia. As part of the company?s effort on the future of work, I also build the regional strategy on career pathways for displaced workers, through pilot apprenticeships run with partners and customers. Prior to joining Microsoft, I developed market-based instruments on biodiversity conservation. At the Ministry of Environment, I negotiated the French position for the Nagoya treaty to the UN Convention on genetic resources. In the Great Paris Region, I led urban ecology innovations including the first regional ?biodiversity bank? to offset the impact of infrastructure development. I graduated with a Master of Social Science in 2008 and an MBA in 2016. Know-how: ? B2B and B2C digital marketing: integrated marketing planning; automated marketing campaigns for lead generation; social media and influencer marketing; content marketing and storytelling; management of creative and digital media agencies. ? Business development: sourcing and capacity building of partners; account management of nonprofit customers. ? Project management in multicultural teams; multi-stakeholder negotiations. ? Data analysis, business analytics (Solver, StatTools, Excel, Power BI). ? Team management (10+). ? Budget planning and management.
