Abha Dandekar has a strong commitment to social impact, especially in the areas of disability and environmental sustainability. It was this interest in the development sector that led her to join the Raintree Group in February 2018. She has been working with her mother, Leena on setting up the organisation and strategy since then. Abha holds a B.A. in Psychology from Kishinchand Chelaram College, University of Mumbai; and a M.Sc. in Human Resource Management & Consulting from the University of Bath. She has two years of experience working in the Human Resources department of a large, Indian private-sector bank. She is keen to pursue a career in the social and development sector; she is working with the Raintree group to further her ambitions of learning, understanding, and contributing to the sector holistically.
