Gordon is Senior Advisor - Social Finance at World Vision Australia, where he leads the organisation?s initiatives in impact investing, innovative finance, and shared value. He previously led World Vision?s efforts in social franchising as part of the Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (SEED) unit.

Prior to this, Gordon worked in Ghana for Engineers Without Borders Canada, providing advisory services to social enterprises and impact investors as well as developing a new, scalable approach for low-cost SME consulting.

Moreover, Gordon has worked at the Roberts Enterprise Development Fund (REDF) to develop social impact bonds for employment-focused social enterprises and at Deloitte where he advised private, public, and non-profit clients as a strategy consultant.
