Alysia joined AVPN as an intern in 2022 and is now an Operations Associate for Indonesia Market. The Operations Associate provides essential support to AVPN Indonesia by assisting with member onboarding and relationship management,  planning and executing events, carrying out administrative duties, and managing AVPN's social media for Indonesia Market. Alysia has experience in event planning and management, graphic design, content creation, and social media management. 

Throughout her previous career, from sustainable architecture to startup ecosystem development and social projects, Alysia has demonstrated her commitment towards sustainability and social impact. Alysia holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a keen interest in Sustainable Urban Development, which she later took Urban Studies classes at Technische Universität Darmstadt. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering programs, hiking, as well as seeking out new adventures.
