Ms. Amaia Lezertua Martinez supports colleagues across Asia and the Pacific in developing holistic partnerships with private sector entities by helping them navigate UNHCR processes and opportunities for private sector engagement. This includes developing proposals, reports, and pitches, as well as building the capacity of colleagues to understand UNHCR’s programs and budgets. She also identifies opportunities that can be offered to private sector partners to keep them engaged with UNHCR and grow and nurture trusting partnerships to maximize their potential for UNHCR and forcibly displaced persons.
