Andy focuses on advising issuers, underwriters and trustee and agency service providers on issues of debt and equity-linked instruments throughout the Asia Pacific region, across a broad spectrum of industry sectors. He is also experienced in liability management and debt restructuring transactions, particularly in India, Indonesia, China and Singapore.
